Job Description

We are looking for Pharmacy Student to work as a Pharmacy Assistant within our busy community pharmacy in Drumchapel. The working hours are Saturday 9-1pm, with additional hours available during holiday periods. The successful applicant will be working towards a pharmacy degree with a view to training within the dispensary as experience develops. They must be an enthusiastic team player and committed to providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.

The position will involve the following responsibilities:

Serving customers and dealing with prescriptions and medicines. Cash handling and sales. Giving advice and on over the counter medicines and promoting the NHS health services. Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are clean and well organised. Support the dispensary team with general tasks and stock orders.
