We are a Multi award winning pharmacy group and we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join our dynamic community pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on a pivotal role in the dispensary, working closely with the pharmacist and playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the pharmacist to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of medications
Serve as the Duty Manager of the Dispensary, leading by example and maintaining high professional standards
Manage and support the dispensary team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
Apply your full range of technical skills to support patient care
Be trained and work under Patient Group Directions (PGDs), expanding your scope of practice
Assist in the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and patient experience

Who We're Looking For:
A qualified Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) registered with the GPhC
Strong leadership and communication skills
A team player who can also take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
Previous experience in community pharmacy is preferred
Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the pharmacy team
