Pharmacy Technician (Office-Based)

Salary: 28,000-30,000 (pro rata for part?time)

About the Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a GPhC?registered Pharmacy Technician to join our office?based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured environment away from retail or dispensary settings. You'll support a range of administrative, technical, and compliance?related pharmacy tasks that require accuracy, professionalism, and strong organisational skills.

The position involves a mix of independent work and collaboration with a small, supportive team. There will be occasions where you will be required to work alone, so confidence in managing your own workload is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative support to the pharmacy operations team. Ensure compliance with relevant GPhC standards and internal procedures. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry tasks. Assist with medication?related queries within your scope of practice. Support audit processes, quality checks, and workflow management. Work independently when required, managing tasks efficiently and responsibly. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day?to?day operations.
Essential Requirements

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Right to work in the UK. Strong computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. Comfortable working in an office?based environment with no remote working. Reliable and able to commit to mandatory Friday working.
Desirable Skills

Experience in a non?retail pharmacy setting (e.g., clinical, administrative, or technical roles). Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
