The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pharmacists by preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accurate patient records, and assisting with medication administration. Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and storage organisation Provide support with medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols Maintain precise patient records, including prescription details and medication histories Offer compassionate assistance to patients, answering queries related to medications and usage instructions Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the pharmacy setting Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role within a healthcare environment Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care practices Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and record keeping Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Relevant qualifications or certification in pharmacy services are preferred but not essential A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
