Job Description
- Practice Acting as triage and support for repeat medicines queries To undertake medication-related audit Support in clinical guidance around specialist only, unlicensed and not recommended drugs Review high cost items Review high quantity dressing requests Review discharge notifications that have medication alteration Supporting prescribing clerks Dealing with out of stock queries Dealing with medicines related complaints Where possible dealing with "difficult" prescriptions that need action by the GP Help clinicians work through Medicines Optimisation Scheme every year. Dealing with MHRA alerts and Supply Shortage of medicines.
