Job Description
To line manage and supervise the work of the dispensary Senior Pharmacy assistants. To support the supervision of Pharmacy assistants, Apprentices, volunteers within the dispensary to ensure cohesive working relationships. Ensure mandatory training and appraisals are kept up to date for the team. Strive to achieve (excellent care every time) and the ideals that guide everything we do.
