Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory and stock medication shelves
- Enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medication names, dosages, and common uses
- Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy team in providing safe and efficient medication administration.
