We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will support pharmacists in dispensing medications, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy. Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and organisation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries and offering medication guidance under supervision Support medication administration processes as directed by healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information in compliance with legal and organisational standards Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and organisation Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely medication delivery and patient care continuity

Experience

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician is REQUIRED and using TITAN PMR. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy operations is advantageous Strong commitment to patient care with excellent organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards patients and colleagues
