Duties

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions. Conduct medication administration under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on medication usage. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient information. Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes and medication management. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration processes and patient care practices is essential. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
