Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote PhD Academic Consultant with a doctoral degree from a UK or US university who has a strong understanding of the academic research process, doctoral training, and higher education systems.

This role is ideal for PhD graduates who value education, mentorship, and intellectual development. You will provide academic consulting and research guidance to individuals preparing for doctoral or postgraduate studies, helping them enhance their academic writing, research direction, and professional presentation.

We are looking for someone with integrity, academic expertise, and outstanding English communication skills who enjoys long-term educational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Review clients' research proposals, CVs, and academic materials.

Provide detailed and structured feedback aligned with UK and US academic standards.

Support clients in refining their research topics, methodologies, and logical frameworks.

Conduct mock academic interviews and provide constructive feedback.

Offer guidance on research communication, presentation, and academic writing.

Help clients improve their understanding of research design, depth, and feasibility.

Participate in online academic mentoring sessions and meetings when required.

Assist clients in developing structured, actionable academic and research plans.

Qualifications

PhD from a UK or US university (Psychology, Education, Management, or Social Sciences preferred).

Experience in academic supervision, research mentoring, or journal review is highly valued.

Familiarity with academic writing, proposal development, and higher education research standards.

Excellent written and spoken English; native or near-native proficiency preferred.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term academic collaboration.

High professionalism, confidentiality, and academic integrity.

This is a remote position open to candidates who are legally eligible to work in their current country of residence.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
