Job Description

You will be responsible for providing a safe phlebotomy service, supporting patients and taking blood tests from different age groups ( as requested by the clinician). Also, ensuring proper labelling and handling, maintaining clinically accurate records, specimen collections and managing your own clinic, with support from the nursing team. To maintain a clean and safe environment while providing a high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and support the delivery of policy and procedures, providing phlebotomy guidance as required.

Assist with clerical duties, such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records. Educate patients on the blood draw process and answer any questions. To maintain mandatory training and remain current in practice. Main Duties of the job: Phlebotomy - performing blood draws for diagnostic testing.

Stock management - ordering clinical supplies. We are looking for 15 hours a week, can be flexible and would consider school hours
