An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Phlebotomy Manager Band 6 within NELFT
The postholder will provide overall day to day management and running of the phlebotomy service , both clinic-based and domiciliary services in Basildon, Brentwood, and Thurrock , developing and transforming the phlebotomy service as required.
The post holder will consistently deliver a client-focused service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
To work with own line managers in conjunction with other stakeholders, to ensure targets are reached.
Will monitor progress of investment projects and business case investments providing updates and reports as necessary
W ill provide line management to direct supports and will be directly responsible for the leadership and management of the phlebotomy service across South West Essex
The post holder will support their peers to be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively support and liaise with other health and social care professionals and agencies.
