Summary - THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED ONLY JOB.

We are seeking a Work From Home - Phone Sales Representative on to join our dynamic team at Your Moving. In this role, you will chase leads up and try to offer them a discount of the quote they already have. You will aim for a booking by taking a deposit from the customer. you will also take calls if anyone rings on the mobile number, assisting them with inquiries and providing information about our moving services. Your contributions will help ensure that each customer has a positive experience throughout their moving journey.

Responsibilities

Call back leads and try to make them book with us. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding moving services. Provide detailed information about pricing, availability, and service options. Assist customers with scheduling their moves and answering any questions they may have. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote services and generate leads.

Requirements

Some experience in sales or customer service roles. Strong communication skills in English. A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
