We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Photobooth Operator

to join our team in Pleasley Vale, Mansfield, NG19 8RL.

This role involves more than just operating the photobooth - it requires flexibility, technical skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service every time. As part of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining the photobooth at various events.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain the photobooth equipment, including the printer and camera. Ensure the photobooth runs smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a great experience. Follow instructions to ensure all equipment is correctly set up before each event. Be prepared to work at various event locations, often requiring you to travel. Ensure that all necessary resources (props, backdrops, etc.) are available and ready for use. Manage customer queries during the event and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Deliver a smooth, professional experience to all clients, both before and during the event.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Driver's License

: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between event locations. Camera Knowledge of how to use an iPad or DSLR (or be willing to learn fast) Confidence to speak to people and handle events under pressure.

English Proficiency

: Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth communication with customers and the team.

Flexibility

: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, to meet event needs.

Technical Aptitude

: Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment (photobooth, printer, camera). Previous experience is a plus but not essential.

Customer Service

: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive experience for event guests.

Commitment

: We are looking for someone who is serious about this role and willing to commit long-term. This position requires reliability and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

What We Expect From You:

Responsibility Beyond Photobooth Operation

: This role is not just about operating the photobooth - you will be expected to set up the equipment, check all resources, ensure camera settings are optimal, and be proactive in addressing any issues during the event.

Technical Setup and Maintenance

: You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, including the photobooth, printer, and camera, is set up correctly and working flawlessly. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any technical issues.

Customer Interaction

: Interacting with customers is a key part of this role. You will need to ensure that the photobooth experience meets our high standards and that guests are satisfied.

Daily Commitment

: We need individuals who are dependable and ready to work. Consistency and delivery are key.
