Free live in position.

We are seeking a photographer to capture a quarterly cpd seminar with live streaming, a bi weekly podcast recording with local architects and adhoc photography and site content from our various construction sites.

The above being a part time position with the remainder of time spent overseeing our airbmb property in West Oxfordshire where you will live for free in the properties Annex building (modern kitchen living room), bedroom, shower room ensuite.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper/gardener to help manage our Airbnb property in Oxford.

This is a live in position and the applicant is required to be on site during most weekends when we have guest bookings to ensure the safety of the property.

Red Copse is a large property 3 miles from Oxford City centre and hosts up to 16 guests typically at weekends.

The successful applicant would be able to carry out various cleaning, gardening and maintenance responsibilities.

Typically the property is vacant during the week where the applicant will have various gardening/cleaning duties to keep the property at it it's best.

The owner of the property owns a main contractor construction company in Oxford where administrative or project management duties (or simply driving) may be available in addition to the house keeper role should the applicant have suitable skills to offer.

The applicant will have their own two storey studio apartment available with a modern bedroom, shower room, studio living kitchen area and patio space with fire pit. They will have use of the swimming pool, gym and cinema room when guests aren't booked during the week.

The applicant may bring their spouse and could split the role between them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
