Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and Experienced Photographer /Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new branch of Vizualeyes whitby , Iris Photography opening in an Iconic location in Leeds City center . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in photography and customer service, along with excellent management and sales skills. The Candidate will appear presentable to represent the company . This role requires a blend of creativity and organisational abilities to ensure the smooth running of the shop while fostering a collaborative environment for our team.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, Dealing with customer orders and sales Taking customers Iris Photograph (Training will be given ) Uploading to the editing team in Whitby ensuring all projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance on best practices in photography production. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. Upload images and data on to light room Coordinate customer orders and pick ups. Create video and photography for our social media company Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the shop's online presence. Collaborate with team members on creative projects, ensuring alignment with overall vision and goals. Maintain a clean and organised workspace that promotes creativity and productivity.

Skills

Proficiency in Sales and Retail management Strong photo editing skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Experience in photography with a solid understanding of lighting, composition, and equipment usage. Organised and able to implement work flow Excellent social media management skills to engage customers and promote work effectively. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
