Key Responsibilities
Contact warm leads (people who have expressed interest) via phone, email, or SMS
Talk potential clients through our experience, answering questions and building enthusiasm
Schedule bookings for hair, makeup, and photography sessions
Clearly explain package options, promotions, and what clients can expect
Follow up with undecided clients in a friendly and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings using our CRM system
Collaborate with the studio team to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
A confident and warm telephone manner
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (preferred but not essential)
Passion for beauty, fashion, or photography is a plus
Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a friendly, creative team
