We've achieved wonderful things with our small but mighty team since 2017, but 2025 is the year we take things to the next level. To do this, we're looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our experienced development team and help shape the future of our platform.

2025 is a landmark year for Hike. We're releasing the first AI solution to fully automate end-to-end SEO for small businesses. This is an incredible opportunity to make your mark not only on our product but on the SEO industry as a whole.

The Role

As a Mid-Level PHP Developer, you'll be working closely with our experienced and supportive team to build new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure the smooth running of our platform.

Our product is a cutting-edge SEO SaaS platform that makes extensive use of AI to automate SEO for small businesses. You'll work across the backend and frontend using Laravel and Vue.js, gaining exposure to complex systems, clean architecture, and emerging AI-driven technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features using Laravel within an established codebase. Work with Vue.js to implement and enhance user-facing features. Collaborate with the team using GitHub for version control and code reviews. Participate in planning sessions and contribute to sprint goals. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (using PHPUnit).

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial experience with Laravel. At least 1 year of experience working with Vue.js. Experience working within existing codebases. Familiarity with GitHub and collaborative development workflows. Confident problem-solver with good technical intuition. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
