St David's Hospice is a local charity providing specialist care for adults with life-limiting illnesses or in need of end-of-life care, as well as support for their families. Each year, we impact the lives of over 1,000 people across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey.
Our services include 24/7 care, Day Therapy Centres offering patient care and bereavement support, and Inpatient Unit in Llandudno, providing symptom control, respite, and end-of-life care.

Are you looking for a role that offers flexibility while making a real difference in people's lives? At St David's Hospice, we provide exceptional care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and we're seeking compassionate Bank Physiotherapists to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work on a flexible basis, supporting our growing rehabilitative services. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic interventions that empower patients and their families.
We are looking for someone who will:
Assess and manage a clinical caseload of palliative care patients across hospice services.
Design and lead patient-focused therapeutic groups to improve physical function and quality of life.
Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals and external services to ensure seamless, integrated care.
Provide education and training to staff and stakeholders on palliative rehabilitation.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
To do the role you'll need:
Essential:
Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration
Experience in palliative rehabilitation or community settings
Excellent assessment, treatment, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualification in Palliative Care
Experience in clinical governance and service innovation
Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity's values.
