Job Description


As an independent Physiotherapist within our clinic, you will have the freedom to manage your own caseload and build your practice while working in close collaboration with chiropractors and osteopaths. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, with a focus on rehabilitation, pain management, and movement optimization.

Key Responsibilities



Manage your own physiotherapy caseload, providing personalized care plans to patients. Deliver hands-on treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling, and other physiotherapy techniques. Work alongside chiropractors and osteopaths to develop coordinated treatment plans for patients with complex needs. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and posture. Build your practice by attracting new patients through professional referrals, word of mouth, and collaborative efforts with other clinic practitioners. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies. Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques, innovations, and research.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification). Registration with HCPC and CSP compulsory and a current DBS. Proven experience in a physiotherapy role, ideally in a multidisciplinary setting. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing your own practice. Ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player. Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient-centred care. Experience with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation is a plus. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
