We are a small team offering sports therapy and physiotherapy services across East Devon and Somerset, via our clinics in Exeter, Honiton and Ilminster.

We are passionate about providing high quality, client focused, evidence-based practice to support clients throughout their journeys of recovery. We strive to establish an exceptionally friendly atmosphere where clients feel they receive great education on their ailments, with functional movement central to our rehabilitation, not just passive care. Key Tasks / Responsibilities



To manage a clinical caseload, providing assessment and treatment of a variety of MSK injuries to the highest standard, ensuring excellent client care, communication and experience at all times.

To be able to provide evidence based clinical assessment and develop a treatment and rehabilitation plan based on findings.

To deliver effective care and treatments using active and, when needed, passive treatments, manual therapy and exercise.

Deliver and monitor rehabilitation programmes appropriate to any injury/sport/work alongside appropriate return to activity advice.

To be able to communicate, support clients and educate findings to a patient to help them understand reasons for their symptoms, health concerns, or limitations in their ability during their course of treatment.

Deliver a high standard of client centred clinical care throughout their journey with a friendly approachable attitude which ensures client retention through to completed treatment/client goals met.

Complete all work with accordance with your relevant governing body guidelines.

Complete admin tasks associated with your caseload and respond to client contact.

Assist in cleaning to maintain high standards of hygiene within all clinics.

Keep up-to date with current and new research and engage in regular CPD to develop personal and clinical skills.

Be vigilant and keep up to date, to maintain the standards set out by GDPR/DPA when handling client information across all devices.

Essential criteria:



BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy/Physiotherapy (or equivalent) Registration to a relevant governing body and valid first-aid certificate Experience in a MSK setting Excellent manual therapy and soft tissue skills Good standard of English written language/grammar and computer competency Living locally to Exeter or within a commute (please make it clear if you are about to relocate to the area)

Desirables:



2 years' experience in a private MSK healthcare setting Qualifications in additional Manual Therapies Qualifications in Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture Previous experience with digital client management systems Access to own transport

Available Clinic Hours:



Location - Exeter Hours - Starting from 2 days with potential to build hours. Days - we offer appointments 6 days a week and will require evening and Saturday availability Type - Self Employed

Salary:

26,000-36,000 (pro-rata) dependent on experience.
