Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic provide specialist care for clients with Sports, Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic problems, as well as Pelvic Health and Paediatric cases. Role Description



We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team, bringing excellent clinical skills and experience in a MSK/Sports/Orthopaedic setting. We have a strong, established reputation for MSK, sports injuries, and orthopaedic rehab, but we also have room for clinicians who might bring additional skills and experience in specialist areas such as Spinal, Pilates, Pelvic Health, Paediatrics or Hand Therapy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessments, diagnosis and treatment to patients within a busy clinic and working closely with a wider MDT including our referring Consultants, podiatrists, and S&C teams. The role includes involvement in wider clinic operations such as being active in the CPD programme and liaising directly with the many Consultants we work with.

Our team comprises a mix of full-time and part-time members. We are seeking someone to join us on a permanent part-time basis. We are ideally seeking someone to work 2 regular sessions per week, specifically for Wednesdays (length of Weds session is open to discussion) and Saturday mornings (8:30-12:30).

You will need to be a team player with ambition to continue to grow and develop, bringing a positive approach to helping our patients achieve great outcomes.

We require at least 3 years post grad experience for all of our clinical team. Prior experience in a private MSK/Ortho/Sports setting is beneficial, but not essential as we can provide mentoring to support your development. As mentioned above, skills and experience in Spinal care, Pilates, Pelvic Health, Paediatric or Hand therapy would be a bonus.

Essential requirements:



A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) Right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available for this role A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, including 2 years in an MSK, Sports or Orthopaedic Physiotherapy role Excellent manual therapy and rehabilitation/S&C skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Interest in continuous professional development and training

Interviews will be arranged ad hoc at times to suit the candidate. The initial interview will be via video link and if successful, you will then be invited for a face-to-face interview.

All successful applicants will be required to provide proof of identity, qualifications and right to work in the UK, as well as to undergo and Enhanced DBS check.

It is important to note that the nature of this role being in a large private hospital with CQC registration involves an enhanced process to verify your credentials. The process itself is predominantly administrative, such as verifying documents and references, and we will guide the individual through the process. However, the processing time of this means that any successful applicant is not likely to be able to start in the role for 6-8 weeks from the date of the the offer being confirmed.

We would ideally like someone to be able to start in late September or early October 2025, but can be flexible on a start date for the right person.
