As PI Fast Track Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in both managing your own caseload and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fast Track Litigation Team. This is a leadership position that blends technical expertise, people management, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small caseload of Fast Track Litigated Personal Injury claims, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, protocols, and SLA requirements.
Supervise and support the Fast Track Litigation Team, driving performance and maintaining high standards of client care.
Provide technical guidance on complex claims and support litigation handlers with strategic advice.
Collaborate with the PI Litigation Manager to monitor team performance, implement training, and contribute to business success.
Lead by example--coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Assist in planning team strategy, setting incentives, and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
Champion a commercial yet ethical approach to settlements and litigation risk management.

Experience & Qualifications
Ideally 3-4 years PQE/CILEX or equivalent experience handling Fast Track RTA PI claims.
Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and Damages Claims Portal.
Knowledge of motorcycle claims and relevant Pre-action Protocols.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident in acting independently on behalf of Bike Assist Legal.
