Would you like to be responsible for coordinating the rollout of an ultrafast infrastructure? You will support works and PIA project planning related activities such as Network adjustments, Notices of Intent, Whereabouts Tracking, forecasting etc; ensuring workflow is prioritised and addressed in line with given product timescales.

PIA Coordinator

, you will be at the forefront of coordinating various aspects of our infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. You play a key role in strengthening the business relationship with our infrastructure build partners achieving this by working closely with the teams on the ground and internal members of our team.



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Developed and confidence analytical skills. Ability to prioritise workload in a changing environment. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Office 365 based applications Able to extract and act upon instruction and information. Negotiation Skills Team Player Strong Communication Skills 2 + Years experience in a role that demands a strong level of IT literacy preferably from an office-based environment. A background within in Telecoms / Fibre Delivery / PIA operations preferred (not essential) Experience of working within a heavily governed industry with high levels of compliance Working under pressure to hit deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy. Reading and interpretation of complex technical documents and processes

Collaborate with internal teams, acting as a point of contact for all aspects of the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) journey. Convert survey and design information into Notices of Intent (NOIs) Manage the administration of the Openreach PIA portal and Joint User Pole agreements. Raise accurate network adjustments on Physical Infrastructure Access Be responsible for the tracking and distribution of all reported documentation to Openreach. Register completed networks on PIA Create and submit network adjustment work packs (A55s) Cross-functional communication to ensure a consistent and efficient PIA journey is in place Respond to queries and requests from various departments to facilitate timely delivery. Report against Openreach performance in all areas. Work with the internal and external build teams to ensure forms are raised correctly and escalated correctly into Openreach. Support the other Build Admin roles to ensure continuity. Act as a point of contact for Supervisors, Build Managers, Logistics and customers on the day-to-day activities regarding the use of PIA, escalating issues when relevant. Act as an advocate and ensure compliance with the PIA contractual framework.

Base salary between 26,000 to 28,000 depending on experience.
