Job Purpose



We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity to join our PIA team. As a PIA Team Leader, you will immerse yourself in the entire PIA process, collaborating closely with our dedicated team to nurture and sustain our PTC relationship with Openreach.

We are on the lookout for a self-driven team player who possesses a remarkable level of efficiency, an insatiable appetite for learning, and an impeccable eye for detail. While experience within a PIA environment or a telecoms industry background is advantageous, it is by no means a prerequisite. We are committed to offering comprehensive training to the right individual.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience



Monitor submission of network adjustments (A55s) through the client's portal Monitor submission of SPO evidence through the client's portal Management of NOIs, ensuring that all work zones are covered, and that NOIs are carefully tracked Monitor Completion of weekly PIA whereabouts, with daily amendments Management of all PIA defects (candids) to ensure they are completed in a timely manner Maintain a good working relationship with our PIA Manager Ensure that our project team is compliant in all PIA processes as per our contract and delivery requirements Manage Co-Op ancillary and NASO orders Support platform management Cover all elements of work during annual leave and or absences, Coach and mentor PIA team
Additionally, you will provide valuable support to the PIA Manager by handling ad-hoc administrative tasks. Consistently updating the PIA trackers and collaborating with the team to ensure our company database remains current will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Key Skills



Self-motivated with the ability to excel while working remotely. Ability to understand and priorities work load as Set out by PIA Manager Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. While prior knowledge of the telecoms industry or PIA experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Previous experience in managing multiple databases. Capable of meeting deadlines and achieving targets. An adaptable team player, equally capable of autonomous work
