An exciting opportunity has opened up to be part of our Showroom Sales team as we continue to grow and develop our business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who can be trusted to consistently deliver results with a passion for quality salesmanship, building long-lasting customer relationships that truly change people's lives. In this role you will be given full support and training of all our sales and customer service processes. ROLE SPECIFICATION:





Piano Sales Executive



Reports to:

Showroom Manager Manager





Location:

Cambridge Showroom





Hours/Type:

Full time, Permanent, 37.5 Hours including Saturdays.



Pay:

Basic Salary 25,000-30,000 with Opportunity to Earn 40,000+



Purpose of role:




To drive sales and consistently deliver targets by managing customer enquiries, completing demonstrations and building valuable relationships.


Key Responsibilities:




Responding quickly to initial enquiries, building trust whilst guiding customers through our qualification and sales process to successful completion. To understand concepts around piano manufacturing and articulate this effectively to customers. Conducting daily calls and emails to target opportunities and leads Conducting demonstrations of pianos to agreed guidelines, adjusting to suit customer requirements and/or overcome potential objections. Managing customer post sale through pre-delivery to after-sales, providing the highest levels of service at all stages ensuring excellent reviews and referrals Ensuring the showroom is maintained to a high standard, instruments are prepared for demonstrations. Feeding back potential sales and marketing opportunities for consideration and discussion.
Ensuring all company procedures and policies are followed in a timely manner, raising improvements and supporting implementation when required.

Education & Qualification:




Educated to A-level or equivalent by experience


Knowledge & Experience





Essential


Enthusiasm for and interest in music Piano player to an intermediate level


Desirable


Previous experience in a retail or sales role


Skills:




The ability to retain a variety of product concepts and technical information Excellent communication skills Excellent written communication Strong IT skills, full training will be given but you will be expected to operate a variety of different systems. The ability to undertake self-research online.

Compensation and details of Employment




Basic salary commensurate with skills and experience in the range of 25,000-30,000 with performance bonuses to OTE of +40,000 Hours 37.5 per week with flexibility to meet customer demand. Including Saturdays. * 20 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
