We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can hit the ground running,drive revenue,and bring our one-of-a-kind experience to life for our guests. This isn't a starter role - we want someone who's hungry,commercially sharp,and ready to convert enquiries into bookings with style,pace,and confidence.



What you'll be doing

Owning and converting guest enquiries across The Piano Works site(s). Building strong client relationships that drive repeat and referral business Maximising every opportunity through upselling,packages,and creative event solutions Delivering consistently high conversion rates with minimal handholding Working closely with our BDM/Sales Manager to grow sales performance across the brand Acting as a true brand ambassador - living and breathing The Piano Works energy in every interaction


What we're looking for

A proven track record in sales - ideally in hospitality,events,or venues Someone who thrives in a fast-paced,late-night,music-driven environment Confident,resilient,and target-focused,with a natural ability to build rapport Strong organisational and admin skills (bonus if you've used Collins Booking System) Passion for cocktails,live music,and unforgettable nights out
