PIANO TUTOR WANTED - ROCKSTAR NEEDED IN GLASGOW

25K-30K/year depending on skill, spark & hustle



We're overflowing with new students ready to tickle the ivories - and we need YOU at the keys.

We're a growing, privately-run music school with an epic vibe, a killer community, and a calendar packed with aspiring pianists of all ages. Our team is passionate, playful, and dedicated - and now we're looking for a Piano Tutor who's part musical genius, part cheerleader, and full-time good vibes ambassador.

Love helping people unlock their creativity (even the ones who start with "Chopsticks") Know how to make scales fun and music feel magical Are the kind of person who cheers when someone plays their first full song Can vibe with Mozart andAlicia Keys Think themed concerts, duet battles, and Wacky Wig Wednesdays sound like a good time Can build confidence just as well as you build sight-reading and technique Are on time. We need 5 to 15 lessons per week covered (to start), but if you crush it, there's loads of room to grow. We've got concerts, collaborations, workshops, and big dreams.

Responsibilities:



Teach and mentor students in piano playing across a variety of styles and levels Create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual students Provide supportive, constructive feedback and guidance Foster a fun, inclusive, confidence-building learning environment Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff Help organise student concerts and studio events Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and team members

Skills:



Strong piano proficiency with experience across different genres (classical, pop, jazz, etc.) Ability to break down technique and theory in a relatable way Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience teaching a variety of ages and skill levels Confidence in performing and speaking in front of groups Organised, punctual, and committed to student growth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
