Just Wales is a family run business and has been operating throughout Wales over the last 20 years and we are looking for people to join our team in Carmarthen.

Location:

Carmarthen Depot

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am - 5:00pm

Reporting To:

Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role -

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker / Packer / Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team at our Carmarthen depot. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of an organised, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities -

Breaking down pallets of stock.

Picking, packing, and labelling orders accurately and efficiently.

Stacking boxes onto pallets safely and correctly

Handling large quantities of products

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse

Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Working safely in line with company procedures

Requirements -

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)-

Forklift licence

Experience using handheld scanners

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience
