The Role:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Yard Operatives to join our busy yard team on both day and night shift. This hands-on role involves sorting materials, keeping the yard tidy and safe, and assisting with general site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually sorting recyclable materials on picking lines Assisting with the loading/unloading of vehicles Keeping the yard clean, organised and compliant with health & safety standards Working effectively as part of a team Operating basic machinery or tools (training provided)

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential as training can be given

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
