full-time Pilates Tutor and Assessor

to join our Tutor Support Team.

This is a pivotal role in raising standards, promoting best practices, and improving the quality of learning outcomes for our students.

The Role

As a

full-time Tutor and Assessor

, you will deliver and assess our Pilates qualifications, supporting learners through both classroom and studio-based training. You'll play a key part in shaping the next generation of fitness professionals, ensuring they receive an engaging, high-quality learning experience.

This is a full-time role

(Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required). Weekend availability is essential due to the scheduling of some practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment. Support learners through all stages of their qualification journey. Ensure quality standards are met and maintained across all programs. Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to students and colleagues. Complete assessments and documentation in line with company and awarding body requirements. Promote continuous improvement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Level 3 in Mat Pilates. Assessor Qualification (or equivalent). Award in Education and Training (or equivalent). Proven experience delivering Mat Pilates sessions.

Desirable Qualifications

Level 3 Reformer Pilates. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
