We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and client-focused
Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor
to join our team in our Hatfield clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve their long-term wellbeing goals.About the Role
You will deliver high-quality Pilates sessions in a supportive clinical environment, working with clients of varying abilities. This role is ideal for an instructor who is confident, professional, and committed to delivering safe, effective, and engaging classes.What We're Looking For
Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification (essential)
Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, and exercise safety. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Ability to adapt sessions for individual needs and injuries. Reliable, organised, and able to work independentlyHours & Availability
Our classes currently run on Monday evenings at our Hatfield clinic, though there is some flexibility with the schedule. There's also the opportunity to take on 1:1 sessions if this is of interest.
