The Opportunity

As we continue to grow across Warwickshire, we're looking for an experienced and confident instructor to step into a Studio Lead role. We're looking for a warm, reliable and people-focused Studio Lead to become the heartbeat of our studios. This hybrid role blends teaching, member experience, operations and team support. It's ideal for someone who loves Pilates, thrives in a premium environment and wants a stable long-term role with genuine career progression.

What You'll Do

- Teach a minimum of 15 hours per week (fixed weekly class schedule)

- Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, atmosphere and readiness

- Support and communicate with instructors

- Build positive relationships with members

- Capture and upload weekly content

- Complete weekly admin tasks and reporting (10 hours)

- Work closely with management to maintain the Rise & Reform experience

Who We're Looking For:

Essential

- Minimum 1 year teaching mat & reformer Pilates

- Warm, confident and member-focused

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A calm problem-solver with initiative

- Someone who thrives in a premium, community-driven environment

Desirable

- Experience supporting studio operations or teams

- Interest in leadership and multi-site progression

- Experience in boutique or premium fitness environments
