The Role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Studio Lead to work closely with the Studio Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio.
This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly. You'll help plan daily and weekly priorities, ensure tasks are completed on time, and act as a key point of communication between the studio, shop floor, online operations, and our growing European outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Daily Operations
Work closely with the Studio Manager to plan the day and week, ensuring the team stays on track.
Oversee and help to prioritise workloads and maintain momentum in the studio.
Maintain smooth day-to-day studio operations, including washing, stock flow, and general organisation.
Stock Processing & Studio Workflow
Oversee incoming stock to ensure items are unpacked, categorised, cleaned, and prepared efficiently.
Coordinate laundry and clothing repair processes with our Product Specialist (a driving licence is helpful).
Ensure processed items are ready for shops or passed to the content team for e-commerce shoots.
Upload processed items to the Vintage Threads database (Excel-based).
Online Orders & Customer Experience
Oversee the fulfilment of online orders to ensure they are processed accurately and on time by the store team.
Monitor and manage customer service emails and enquiries, maintaining a high standard of communication.
Ensure delivery and dispatch runs smoothly, flagging any issues early.
Communication & Cross-Team Coordination
Check and maintain clear communication between the shop floor, studio, and online teams.
Assist with outreach and additional projects as the business grows.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong written and spoken English.
Proven experience using spreadsheets (Excel or similar).
Experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
Passion and strong interest in vintage clothing (you'll be handling rare and unique items).
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.

Experience working in fashion, retail, or e-commerce operations.
