Summary

We are seeking a skilled COMMERCIAL PIPE FITTER to join our team in Bridgend. This role is vital in supporting our projects involving metal fabrication for various public sector clients. If you have a passion for precision craftsmanship and technical excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to project specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products. Support the installation of fabricated components on-site when required.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes. Ability to read technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment. Good basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness. Preferred: experience with welding in or similar environments. A valid welding certification is advantageous.
