We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our dynamic team.
This is a short term project, with a view to long term work for a successful candidate who demonstrates the skills we require.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various pipefitting techniques.
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The successful applicant will work closely with other tradespeople and must be able to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems according to specifications.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Perform welding tasks, including stick welding and soldering, to ensure secure connections.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and requirements.
Troubleshoot issues within piping systems and implement necessary repairs.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
Proficiency in welding techniques, particularly stick welding.
Experience in assembling various types of piping materials.
Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to solder pipes securely for leak-free connections.
Familiarity with reading schematics for accurate installation and maintenance of systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
