About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Pipe Layer/Ground worker to join our team within the Water Utilities sector. Based in Norfolk, you'll work across the East Anglian region on a range of projects supporting installation and repair works on water mains, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values teamwork and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

Excavation and reinstatement of trenches for water mains and service connections Installation of new water mains and fittings Installation of ducts, pipes, and chambers Laying and compacting backfill materials Supporting repair and maintenance work on live water networks Assisting plant and machinery operators as required Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to specification Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
Requirements

? Previous experience as a Ground Worker in utilities or water sector

? CSCS card (essential) CPCS card Preferred

? EUSR water hygiene Card preferred.

? Full UK driving licence

? Confident understanding of site safety procedures

? Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
