We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipefitter's mate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various projects. you will learn, a solid understanding of welding techniques.

The Pipefitter's mate will play a vital part in supporting construction, maintenance, and operations within our organisation.

you need to be able to get to sites, reliable and hard working. driving licence required!

we will train you to become a high level tradesman, working with some of the best tradesman in our field.

Duties

Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints to determine piping layouts and specifications Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair piping systems using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques suitable for welding standards Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other specialised instruments to complete tasks accurately Measure materials and components with basic maths skills to ensure precise fitting and alignment Perform maintenance on existing piping infrastructure to prevent leaks or failures Assist in the assembly of plumbing fixtures and related mechanical components Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or hazards within piping systems Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
