Job Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join Signature Senior Lifestyle in a roving capacity, providing leadership and support across our portfolio of luxury care homes.




Your Role at Signature

In this role, you will:

Step in to support homes during leadership transitions, annual leave, or recruitment periods. Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance. Support the roll-out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations

You'll bring the same skills and values as our permanent CSMs - current NMC registration, proven leadership experience, and a passion for person-centred care - but with the flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings.

What we're looking for
Current NMC registration (essential). Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment. Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A compassionate, motivating leadership style. Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings
