Key Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise a team of tradesmen to execute piping installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Coordinate with project management to develop work plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks. Monitor progress, identify any issues or obstacles, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track. Review technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to tradesmen, resolving any technical issues that may arise during the project. Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

Qualifications and Experience:



Minimum of 5 years' experience in piping supervision within industrial settings, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar industries. Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting, CCSNG Supervisor card) preferred.
