Job Purpose/ Summary



This role sits within the Commercial Vehicle & Passenger Vehicle Product Support team, who work alongside the Dealer Assistance Centre to provide a high quality, responsive and consistent service to Dealerships.

Duties and Responsibilities



Validation of PIVG and ECG claims from the FoB Dealer network via specialist ticketing system Administration and management of the PIVG & ECG monthly pay-run files from OZEV Administration and management of the monthly manual payment files for PIVG and ECG payments Administration and management of the monthly Master PIVG Subledgers Update & maintain PIVG & ECG Dealer User Guides with any changes to the scheme Co-ordination and tracking of outstanding responses from stakeholders and the dealer network to ensure actions and requests are completed on time and government deadlines are adhered to Ensure timely communication and updates with OZEV, proactively following up to secure further information if needed Provide back-up support / cover to the DAC team on applications within the CDS Platform i.e. FRESHDESK, VISTA, RAV, SCA-C, DEALER PORTAL, DID, APS/CSPS, MPS2, LEAP, SPS, PTS, MVRIS Complete Certificate of Conformity requests as required to allow the Import and Export of vehicles Update and maintain DAC working procedures Develop and maintain product knowledge, business process and system expertise to meet on-going customer and client needs Work effectively and co-operatively with colleagues Provide customer feedback as required Communicate any operational, process or system problems to Dealer Operations Project Manager Adhere to company policies and procedures Follow all health and safety rules and regulations Other duties or projects as assigned by Dealer Operations Project Manager / DAC Manager

Essential/ Desirable Skills



Over 6 months administration experience Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills High level of Excel, Word, outlook essential Ability to perform well in potentially stressful situations Work on own initiative with minimal supervision Well-motivated and key team player Strong business acumen and customer focus Ability to work as part of a team and efficiently under time pressure. Organise and manage a diverse workload effectively
