Pizza Bar Assistant

As a Pizza Bar Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our vibrant kitchen, ensuring that every pizza is crafted with care and served with a smile! Your role is essential in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will work alongside a dynamic team, engaging with customers and contributing to a fast-paced environment where delicious food and exceptional service come together.

What you'll do

Prepare and assemble pizzas with precision, following our delicious recipes and standards. Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems to process orders efficiently and accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients. Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for all guests.

Basic qualifications

Experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to keep up with a busy kitchen environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous culinary experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
