Nat a' Napoli is a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria and restaurant based in Balerno, Edinburgh. We are looking for an
experienced Neapolitan Pizza Chef
to join our kitchen team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in
authentic Neapolitan pizza
, who understands traditional dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking
traditional Neapolitan pizzas
to a consistently high standard
Dough preparation, topping, and oven management
General food preparation and kitchen duties
Supporting kitchen operations during quieter weekdays
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
Effective time management during service
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Requirements (Essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience specifically with Neapolitan pizza
Strong kitchen and food preparation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability is essential
Fluent English preferred
Must have the right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
