We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and presentation standards Assist in meal planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and quality Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including sanitising work surfaces and equipment Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to minimise waste Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste Support in training junior kitchen staff as required

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Experience with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen management is desirable Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
