Overview

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation, cooking, and general kitchen operations, along with a keen eye for food safety, organisation, and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas to our exact standards, maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene throughout their shift, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your contribution will play an important part in delivering a great experience for our customers and supporting the continued success of our establishment

Responsibilities

Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative culinary ideas Manage ingredients stock levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Previous restaurant experience is preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Formal culinary training or equivalent experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.48 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37 per week
