Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in menu planning and develop new culinary ideas to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours Serve meals promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment

Experience

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary trends Experience with meal preparation across various cuisines is desirable Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential Previous experience in serving or plating dishes professionally is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation
