Dough preparation and daily prep
Hand-stretching Neapolitan-style dough
Cooking pizzas in a high-temperature oven
Maintaining speed and consistency during busy service
Keeping the workstation clean and organized
Requirements:
Proven experience specifically in
Neapolitan pizza
Fast, reliable, serious, and punctual
Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant
Team player with a strong work ethic
