(entry-level) to join our kitchen team. Whether you're already skilled in pizza-making or looking to learn from the ground up, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality pizzas to Nole's standards. Assist with dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and service. Maintain food safety and hygiene practices at all times. Help manage stock rotation and maintain prep levels. Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials (Pizza Chef). Support the team with cleaning, organisation, and general kitchen duties. Provide excellent service in an open kitchen environment, engaging with guests when appropriate.

Requirements

For Pizza Chefs (experienced):

At least 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen (pizza experience preferred). Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices. Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen and lead by example.

For Junior Pizza Chefs (entry-level):

Some kitchen experience helpful but not essential - full training provided. Passion for food and eagerness to learn. Reliable, positive attitude and good team spirit.
