Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner when required Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is desirable Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary A genuine passion for cooking and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
