The Role:

As our Pizza Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing high-quality, authentic pizzas to order. From stretching the dough to pulling the perfect pizza from the oven, you'll take pride in every slice. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, has a love for Italian cuisine, and takes pride in their craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard Manage dough preparation, including stretching and shaping Maintain a clean and organized workstation Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs Work efficiently during busy service periods Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar pizza chef or pizzaiolo role Skilled in working with gas ovens (preferred) Strong knowledge of dough handling and pizza preparation Passionate about high-quality food and customer experience Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
